By ordering merchandise from Arlene's Designer Bags, via the Internet, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Placing an order through Arlene's Designer Bags creates a legally binding contract between you and Arlene's Designer Bags. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not order from Arlene's Designer Bags.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, items lost or damaged during freight.

Order Processing:

Some transactions will be in US dollars and some will be in CANADIAN dollars. Upon acceptance and payment of your order, Arlene's Designer Bags will process your order by ordering directly from the manufacturer or manufacturer’s representative and provide you with a shipping date after order has been shipped along with a tracking number. Arlene's Designer Bags is also an affiliate for other representatives and therefore you will be re-directed from www.arlenesdesignerbags.ca to the manufacturer's website where you will make your purchase(s) there, therefore Arlene's Designer Bags will be unable to provide you with a shipping date or tracking number. All orders placed through Arlene's Designer Bags will be held in the strictest of confidence including name, address, phone number, email address and item(s) ordered. Arlene's Designer Bags will only give your information to the manufacturer and/or the manufacturer’s representative for ordering purposes only.

Order Payment:

By placing this order, you declare that you are the authorized cardholder indicated on the Order Form or that you have been authorized by the cardholder to use the credit card indicated on the Order Form. In the event the credit card on the Order Form is dishonored, rejected, or later contested for any reason, you agree to pay the amount indicated on the Order Form to Arlene's Designer Bags.

In transacting business with Arlene's Designer Bags, you understand that Arlene's Designer Bags is not the manufacturer, but is an authorized reseller for the manufacturer. You agree to be bound by these additional Terms and Conditions of Arlene's Designer Bags.

Default:

In the event you default on your obligations under this Agreement, you authorize Arlene's Designer Bags to charge your credit card the amount of your purchase. In the event you contest this amount, or the charge is dishonored or rejected for any reason, Arlene's Designer Bags shall have the right to report the matter to national credit reporting agencies and may pursue legal action. By directly disputing charges with your credit card company, you further agree to pay any third-party collection costs and/or credit card dispute charges for any fees charged by Arlene's Designer Bags ($30 minimum charge per dispute).

Cancellations:

If you choose to refuse shipment of the item or ask us to cancel the order after it has been processed, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the purchase price, excluding shipping. A refused or cancelled item will incur significant costs for processing.

Arlene's Designer Bags is not responsible for any warranties, whether express or implied, issued by the individual manufacturer. All warranties and warranty work must be done in accordance with the individual manufacturer's warranty.
